Think you’re pregnant? The first step to getting answers is taking a pregnancy test.
At Bella, we offer this first step of pregnancy confirmation with our caring staff to support you along the process. We know this time can bring mixed emotions, but you are not alone. We’re here for you.
When to Take a Pregnancy Test.
Pregnancy test results are more accurate if the test is taken at least a day or two after a missed period.
The time of day you take a pregnancy test matters. For accurate pregnancy test results, take a test right when you wake up in the morning. Your hCG levels will be most concentrated during this time of day. If you have to take it later in the day, be sure it’s been at least three hours since your last urination.
What If It’s Positive?
A positive pregnancy test can’t tell you everything you need to know about your pregnancy. Although pregnancy tests have a high level of accuracy, they are not considered medical proof of pregnancy.
Once you receive a positive pregnancy test result, an ultrasound is your next step to clarity. We can help. When you have a positive pregnancy test at Bella, we offer a limited obstetrical ultrasound to confirm your pregnancy.
No-Cost Pregnancy Testing
At Bella, we offer free pregnancy testing and provide you with the results during the same visit. Pregnancy tests used at Bella are lab-quality urine pregnancy tests that are more than 99% accurate.
